TERMS & CONDITION WHEN ORDERING
By placing an order, you agree and understand the following:
  1. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or non-personalised items for change of mind or incorrect sizes purchased. We can however provide a credit note if we have not yet started your order.
  2. Should you want to return your non-personalised items for a store credit, return postage will need to be covered by you.
  3. In the unlikely event your item is received faulty, damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the 14 days has past, we are unable to provide any replacement. 
  4. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
  5. You have read the full product description of each item you are purchasing and if you require further information, you will contact us via prior to placing your order.
  6. Refund or exchanges will not be provided based on an assumption you have made of an item. Please contact us prior to placing your order, should you need clarification on something (info@thelabelhousecollection.com.au)
  7. You have reviewed your order in its entirely and agree all details are correct (including spelling, grammar, font and sizing) and understand this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
  8. You agree to our current processing times and understand postage is not included within the advertised turn around.
  9. You understand all orders are processed in order of receipt and by choosing express post, this does not put you at the front of the processing queue
  10. If you select font 2 and choose two capital letters, we will remove the heart/swirl from the second capital for ease of reading. If you would like us to keep the second swirl, please add a note in the comments.
