1. Your confirmation email will automatically be generated and sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You should receive this within a few minutes of placing your order. If not - please check your spam folder. If it still hasn't come through, please shoot us a message and we'll be happy to resend it to you. 
   
   
2. Once your order has been made and sent, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please take note of our current dispatch times above as this is the next time you will hear from us.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items for change of mind or incorrect sizes purchased (if applicable).

In the unlikely event your item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once the 14 days has past, we are unable to provide any replacement or refund. 

If your item is not personalised and you wish to exchange it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, to arrange an exchange.

The item must be in unused, unopened condition with the original tags and packaging still in tact. Postage is at the customer's expense.

- Wash using a garment bag and a cold machine wash
- Separate PJs from other garments
- Use gentle detergents only
- Do not bleach, soak or tumble dry
