 Q: I forgot something on my order.  Can I add to it?

A: Please contact us on Facebook to see if it is possible to add to your order. If your items have not yet been packed or shipped, we have no problems adding to your order!


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately not at this time. 

Q: My order has been dispatched, How long until I receive my order?
A: Shipping times depend on a number of factors. Your location (metro, regional or remote), whether you purchases regular or express and also depends on Australia Post processing times which are out of our control.

Q: I’ve placed my order, how long until my order is shipped?
A: Every item is made to order, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped.  In busier times, we will advise you if there is any delay in shipping your orders.

 Returns & Exchanges:

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of the items you are purchasing, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Once you have submitted your order, you will not be able to change it via the website.

If you need to change something and we have not yet personalised your product, we will be able to make a change to your order. Please contact us on Facebook to see if we have processed your order yet.
