  1. What is your current lead time?

    Our products are certainly worth the wait. The Label House Collection is a small business and as every item is personalised, they take some time to make. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed. In busier times, we will advise of the updated turnaround on our Facebook page and at the top of our website.

If you do need your items sooner, we offer a rush my order service for an additional cost. Fees apply.

  1. How will I know when my order is ready for local pick up?

When your order is ready for collection, The Label House Collection will notify you via text message to arrange a suitable time to meet. We will message you on the mobile number provided on your order.

  1. Can I purchase this item without personalisation?

    Yes of course! Please select ‘no, thank you’ in the form section when adding your item to the cart
  1. Can I purchase a satin robe with a name on the front and nothing on the back?

    Yes of course. Please write ‘N/A’ in the section you wish to leave blank. 
  2. Is the item cheaper because I don’t want personalisation

    All of our items include FREE personalisation, therefore the item will not be cheaper if you do not wish to have the item personalised.
  3. Can you send as a gift and not add an invoice?

    Of course! We send all of our packages with packing slips only with no financial details on it. If you don’t want this included, please just add a quick note at the checkout!
  4. Can you send this gift address from me?

    We can certainly add that extra personal touch for you. The address will be from The Label House Collection, however we can include a TO/FROM gift tag into the parcel, so your loved one knows it’s from you!
  5. Are the night lights battery operated or power operated?

    The night lights are fitted with a USB cable. You can choose to plug the USB cable into a power bank, computer or wall adapter.
  6. Where is local pick up?

    Pick up is in Mackay QLD 4740. As we are an online only store, we will meet you in town at a suitable and convenient location.
  7. How do I know when my local pick up order is ready?

    We will send you a text message to the number provided on your order to advise you, your order is ready for collection. We can them work out a suitable time for collection.
  8. Can you fast track my order?

    Please contact us on Facebook prior to placing your order if you have a short turnaround time. As we process all of our orders in order of receipt, we don’t always get to see the notes you’ve added at the checkout until we are up to your order. We’d be grateful for you to contact us prior to placing your order. We will be able to let you know then if we can meet your deadline.
  9. How long will it take for my order to get to me once you’ve sent it?

    Delivery times depend on a number of things such as: Where you are located in Australia, if you have chosen Parcel Post or Express Post and what the current load is on Australia Post. If you are ever unsure, please check the Australia Post website for details. Your item will be shipped from Mackay QLD 4740.
  10. What are the fonts?

    We have 10 fonts available. The list of fonts are available to view on each listing. If you are on your phone, please swipe through the photos. If you are on the computer, please scroll down.
  11. I paid for Express Post, does that mean I due the queue

    Selecting Express Post will only speed up the way your parcel will get to you once it has been sent by us. This will not allow you to ‘jump the queue’.
  12. Do you sell labels by themselves?

    The Label House Collection is focused on personalised gifts and therefore we do not offer label only services.
