Yes of course! There is an option on each listing to purchase items without personalisation.
Is the item cheaper because I don’t want personalisation?
All of our items include complimentary personalisation, therefore the item will not be cheaper if you do not wish to have the item personalised
Of course! Due to the nature of our business, we understand a lot of our customers are sending gifts directly to their friends and family.
Because of this, we do not include any invoice in our packages.
We can certainly add that extra personal touch for you!
Please add your personalised message at the check out and we will pop a hand written card in the parcel.
The Label House Collection is online only and unfortunately at this time we do not offer local pick up.
Delivery times depend on a number of factors such as: Where you are located in Australia, if you have chosen Parcel Post or Express Post and what the current load is on Australia Post.

Your item will be shipped from Kuttabul QLD 4741.
We have 16 fonts available. We offer a font preview available on each listing.
If you have something else in mind, please don't hesitate to reach out.
If you love a font that we've used in our display photos, an easy way to figure out which one it is, is to type the name you see displayed in the preview and click through the fonts until you find a match!
Then once you know what font it is, simply change your name and woohoo you're set!

Selecting Express Post will only speed up the way your parcel will get to you once it has been sent by us.
This will not allow you to ‘jump the queue’.
If you do need a rush order, please send us an email as we will advise if we are able to push your order forward in the queue.
